I used to have a few dozen as a kid along with these juice drinks with the cartoon characters on top(which I just rediscovered are called belly washers), but I mostly liked the candy and drinks, so I got rid of them all after a few years.

I had some of these Belly Washers and the shitty plastic bottles started cracking for no reason after a while. When I finally decided to get rid of them, they sold for next to nothing on ebay.

It probably was a custom made one that you saw. Pokemon has had a handful of different sets and I don't think any of the human characters ever got Pez.
