>>11031265Sorry you have to deal with that - Mezco has pretty bad customer service.
I'm not American but why is Fedex not even making an attempt to track down where the package went, whether it got delivered to the wrong address or is sitting in a depot somewhere? They should know that they are the first port of call and it's only after they can't find the package do you contact the company.
I had a look at the Mezco Facebook group I'm in and it's a bit of a mixed bag or responses:
"You can request to see the GPS Location of the Delivery Scan."
"Reach out to fedex have them acknowledge that the package is lost. This has them contact Mezco to let them know it was lost, after you hang up email Mezco with all the details( name order number original tracking number and a brief description of why you think it's lost. Once all thisnisnfone you just wait. Depending on how long it takes to get to your email once they get to it all the time wasting footwork would have been done by you already. ource: These are the steps I went through for my 2 GoMechs that fedex lost and for my Solomon. Getting fedex to contact them before you do is the real key.Let them also known that you already talked tonfedex and they acknowledged it was lost and they told yountonreach out to Mezco...this is important".
"Happened a few times every time it got delivered to the wrong house. The driver will have to go back to the house he dropped it off at and get it back to you. Should take a few days up to a week"
"Fedex did the with my PSCC. Called them and Mezco. Mezco sent a replacement that same day."
"FedEx lost my mezco package last week. I tried to ask mezco what to do and they sent me copy and pasted instructions on how to track a package like I didn’t already try that. Mezco was pretty much no help and either was FedEx."
"Their trucks have GPS. They can see exactly where the driver scanned it to mark it "delivered"."
