The sets they did release didn’t sell well, frankly it was smart of lego to not make it a big theme. Indy just doesn’t sell.

The new sets didn’t, I know they did sell well enough kinda back in the day but crystal skull was marketed pretty heavily and there was the LEGO game which helped quite a bit. Indy toys are kinda just cursed.

There was none, the set just got cancelled because it failed the safety check. It would have been a fiasco if a kid got in danger if the set got released.
