If you're gonna push a character who has a game on the PS5 and managed to survive the generational leap so many PlayStation IPs struggled to do so, you don't have much options
Sackboy and Nathan Drake may still be marketed and the former even having a spin-off that was a PS5 launch title but their home devs are still not interested/occupied in making a new LittleBigPlanet or Uncharted any time soon and there's no one that could pick up the helm
PlayStation has been wanting to push itself as a unified brand since the PS3 era
You had inFamous and Resistance skins for Uncharted 2, Cole was in Street Fighter X Tekken as a PlayStation exclusive character, there was merchandise of SackBoy dressed up as various PlayStation characters, etc
They just fucking suck at it because many of their IPs don't live past a generation or two whether it be out of developer disinterest, dwindling sales, or their developers fucking dying
