No, it's not very detailed imo, I don't think it's anything vulgar but some platforms still feel the need to hide the results or have your content taken down if you do show it. The creator of the doll even has to censor the dolls nipples (which as you can tell aren't very visible) on her Instagram post and she mentions her gripes about being told to constantly put censorship on her dolls.
