These are brands that died in their respective times and you think brining them back is a good idea? Robo-Force only did well under Glyos because it’s parts were useful to Glyos builders. Not even Power Lords, with Glyos and the 4Horsemen behind it, could become a success. What makes you think it will be better, different, now? The only brands here I could see MAYBE become successes are Biker Mice From Mars and Cowboys Of Moo Mesa and ONLY if you snare in the TMNT and Furry crowds to financially carry them. Otherwise all I see here is a bunch of already dead brands from a company desperately trying to “make them a thing” and products that are future inventory for discount stores.

They got Walmart to buy figures from them, they've already made the sale. Perhaps lingering stock could hurt brand value, but their Night Fighter Dargon (for whatever reason) sold out almost immediately, so that's probably a decent sign for this partnership. They're also making comics and cartoons for these various brands, so they're basically starting from the ground up with some nostalgic attachment for the older fans that do remember these.

Anyways, this is way off topic to this thread, Glyos Robo Force was a long time ago.

B) Selling, let's be conservative with it, 4 each of 6 different toys(24 toys) at 2000 stores at, again, let's be conservative even though I think most nacelle toys cost more, let's say $35 each. That's a 1.5 million dollar deal for a SINGLE distribution, in one go, and that's the worst possible deal they're getting.

Alot of assumptions being made about how retail works. When items have to be put on clearance the supplier pays for that not the retail store. When retail items are returned to the supplier the supplier pays for them. You all really think these corporations just gamble? Not sure what the deal was with Hastings but Walmart does not operate this way for the vast, vast majority of its merchandise. Items will get clearanced out to move them and then never ordered again. Walmart doesn't generally lose money on something like a toy because their cost to buy is significantly lower than MSRP, so even if they cut the price by 20-40% they're still probably fine. The above example is a real possibility, especially if the toys are the ones we've already seen nacelle selling at $50 a pop.

It is possible Nacelle inked a different deal outside the norm but I believe there's only one toy company that currently has something like that at Walmart.

Don't know, haven't gotten them in hand yet. I picked one of each of the Progenitor color along with the matching sincroborg. I have a lot of gray and white accessories from past waves, so I skipped their axis joints.

Had to grab the Villser and Zulloid since I've yet to get either of those molds, and I don't have all that much Purple yet. (wonder how well these will match the purple on Manglors)

Not really thrilled with the Crayhunter colors, but I did grab the $8 Pheyden, since the basic ones are so great for simple builds.
