what is impressive is the actual catalogue of stuff you can find there, even expensive shit like hot toys are available and if you are able to get some of the ocassional sales coupled with the coupons you may get some really good deals that beat any other store you may try
Ali also had the bad rep of "oh its chinks, mail is so slow" and that was true back when they began to sell overseas, but in the last year or so? not anymore, their logistics can ensure you get wahtever shit you buy in 2 weeks at tops, sometimes it just takes 5 freaking days
