The problem lies with Valve who didn't seem to be communicating very well at the time, hence why the line stopped before the BLU Engineer and Spy could be released. Same goes for the Scout, Medic and Sniper. All the above only seemed to get released just a few years ago because Valve seemed to get some of their act together but by then I think even neca was sick of them, so no BLU releases for the final three classes.
Got nothing to say on the ThreeZero stuff apart from they didn't seem to sell well.
