>>11124604>breaking of lawsthere aren't even any laws to break. Changing some rules that only exist on Kickstarter isn't a law and no one even paid any money, since the funding period hasn't ended yet.
These people are completely retarded when it comes to trying to come up with reasons to hate on something.
What McFarlane did is little different than when Hasbro extended the fundraising period for one of their kickstarters. From 30 days to 45 or something like that. The difference is that McFarlane is a private company so they can be flexible on how much of a profit they're willing to make. Hasbro has it set in stone.
And i get why people bitch at established companies like Hasbro even making a kickstarter, because we're used to just going up to a store and buying the product on the same day. Sadly, these funding projects are the only way to get the product in today's market.
Fewer stores are willing to order a product, because they don't believe there's enough demand and/or the don't like that the product is priced higher than the other lines they carry. It's super duper extremely inconvenient for them to even create a peg for a different price too.
... and i sorta side with retail too, in that people are also mongs, because a lot of fans wait until the product goes on clearance to buy it.
... which creates the retarded loop of stores not carrying shit and fans bitching at toy companies for not making toys.
tl;dr: there are too many retards out there
