I seriously doubt they wouldn't be including one of the biggest money makers for toy companies, which has always had a large traditional childrens audience, especially when Games Workshop edgy shit relies on kids to take the place of aging fans.
Unless stated otherwise, when speaking about the toy market, it's going to include everything that has been tracked and defined as being part of the toy market since whenever video games were separately tracked, because market research is pretty insular. Like what if Hasbro wants to know if rubber bands and pins is something they should switch to since 1:12 figure sales have gone down for Star Wars.
