Having a parent who makes in the higher six figures isn't wealth, it just means that parent managed to pull a better job and networked/saw opportunities better. Nothing Rocco has is unattainable wealth, his circumstances are rare but he doesn't have a wealthy lifestyle, just a relatively cushy one.
A youtuber with doctor or dentist parents isn't coming from extreme wealth, their parents were just smarter than yours and can float an extra person on their income.
