Someone recently posted a bunch of Superpowers on EB, I ordered the Peacemaker by himself as a present for someone who liked the HBO Max show but wouldn't spend $30 on that 3pack since it was $9.99 with free shipping. It looks perfectly fine except when you pose it, it's missing some paint on the top of his ass. Since it was EB, I got my money back, not sure if I am going to give the present away, I might try to fix it for him.
But I presume these were factory rejects - because they are being sold LOOKING new but without card backs and the ones that come with capes (or accessories like Aquaman's trident or a Lantern power battery) are missing those.
