i.e. concept art and molds still exist somewhere but it's not out for the public
With how badly Sony thought Concord would be the next big thing (on par with Star Wars) complete with a whole episode in that upcoming Amazon anthology series or how Palworld was set up to go multimedia (and it already has plushies) I wouldn't be surprised if they had already made a deal/making deals with some toy company and prototype molds for figures exist but the former bombing disastrously and the latter entering a legal shitshow for the next half to full year+ putting a damper on things at best and outright causing the release to be scrapped entirely.
