That's not entirely true. There was a time where there was a Lego thread up with a dick in the OP picture and it stayed up until the thread naturally autosaged off the board. Multiple people stated that they reported it and the mods did nothing.

Hey guys! I just discovered RetroBlasting a short time ago. It seems like I missed a lot of backstory there. The moment I start watching him, he gets spammed everywhere on this board. What is going on? Why is /toy/ having beef with him? It feels like a stumbled into a leveled city and need to play archeologist to find out why his videos are always so weirdly defensive and why I never see his wife in the newer videos.

I doubt there's an actual mod assigned to /toys/ full time. It's probably something that falls on people's work schedule and only the ones who are out for something on their own agenda (like all the /poltard jannies) or the console warriors ones for whatever they have a boner on for, that will act. And then not necessarily to board rules here (or elsewhere) but whatever their own agenda is.
