Give it an opening mouth and ball jointed shoulders at minimum and make it lightweight (im assuming it's going to be heavy like the legends of Dragonore) and we'll talk.
As it if it very much feels like a "who is this really for" as it's a weird middle ground between toy and statue and doesn't really fit in either, reminds me of some of the more awkward McFarlane releases from back in the day in that way.
