If it's not clear, it would be my first time doing this in /toys/ although I've done the /co SS for over a decade.
My Q is that I probably shouldn't waste the money buying something - even something like Super Mario or Pokemon which is fairly universal, because there are people like me who wouldn't know what to do with even small inexpensive toys they don't collect or would want to display?
Any other tips to prepare besides making a stocking from scratch and making my own wrapping paper (which were the two suggestions I got from the thread last year just lurking).
