Or at least do this first
Wash it with soap and water, scrub and rub using your fingers.
If that doesn't work, use a wet hand towel to rub, while it's soapy, also try rubbing when it's just wet, etc.
If that doesn't work,
Use a soft toothbrush on it (a toothbrush that says "soft", probably don't wanna use one that says "hard")
Avoid rubbing /scrubbing the face, hair, pants, wrist bands, ankle bands, because those are painted, and most likely the paint will scratch off
