for future reference, a foolproof way is to save the image, go to google image search and then there should be a little camera icon on the searchbar for you to upload the image.
Iirc google lens also has a separate app or it's built into some android devices.
all of the searching steps also applies to a yandex image search.

Thanks for trying to help but when I go to Google images pic related is all I get, it doesn't give me an option to upload images from my Android device. When I press the 'bars' button on the upper left hand side of the page it just takes me to an ad for Google services

You have an outdated poorfag tablet so you need to use a seperate website like a bitch. You can upload the picture to https://www.labnol.org/reverse/ and it will do a reverse Google image search for you.
