Here's a paint deco sample for the 1/12 scale Red Sonja from Boss Fight Studios, and it's looking reeeeeeeal rough.
First of all, she doesn't even look like the same person across all three faces. Second, none of these faces look appealing at all. You've got odd looking eyes, caked on makeup, and weirdly gappy teeth. And to top it all off, this is a "premium" $50 figure.
I've actually been looking forward to this release (despite the excessive pricing) because I assumed the quality would be there. Right now, I'm beginning to doubt.
