It wasn't always like this. They were forced to start using international tracking (which is expensive) because too many customers were lying and saying their shit never arrived to try to get free toys. Sucks, but this is what happens when unethical people fuck up the system for everyone.

Try to get into the discord and find a US middleman. The shipping is much cheaper without insurance, at your own risk of course.

It's more so the UK consumers rights act being more heavily enforced and cracking down on ecommerce platforms since the pandemic and people abusing that to force refunds/exchanges/returns. More than glyos has been affected by this.
