It's hard to pin down but after you follow this line for a while you feel the influence of someone who either doesn't like DC or doesn't care about what people want, like how every figure in the Reign of the Supermen uses ugly modern redesigns.
They also make really strange choices like giving DC's female sex icons giant honking bulges like Knightfall Catwoman. If there were a single straight, non-faggot person involved in any stage of the process they would have pressed the emergency stop button until that was fixed.
