Headsculpt seems great, but...Why do they and mafex make the joints at the elbows and knees look so weird and robotic rather than just having 3 pieces of plastic going together there? The mechanism is far more complicated, most likely unnecessarily so as the range is still the same as a Marvel Legend or McFarlane in those joints.

I actually have schizophrenia and let me tell you it's getting worse everyday. I woke up and my trashcan was gone. Looked around and saw all my neighbors were still there. I was convinced my neighbor took it and had it in front of his yard full of trash. I walked in circles around my neighborhood for 2 hours scoping his house out occasionally ducking in to check the serial numbers on the trashcan. Once I was convinced without a doubt in my mind I walked over, flipped the trash out into his driveway while he looked on. Then I moved it to my yard, put my trash in and finally went inside. 10 minutes later my wife tells me the trash company made a mistake and took our trashcan early that morning. I don't fucking remember my neighbor have 3 trashcans and one recycling can but ok.

Watching that trailer, and I feel like it's time for Hasbro to acquire the DC license for 6 inch figures. The Daily Planet is mostly put together I just have to paint it, fix the Christmas ornament onto it, and add the letters. Some of the background buildings are almost done. Added in a Lexcorp tower tonight.

This Wonder Woman is one of the coolest figures Todd has ever made.

The thicker thighs on a larger figure this size look fantastic. Only needs a darker metal in the recesses around her bracelets and a darker red lipstick and she'll be perfect. Easily my favorite figure in the League besides AC1000 Supes.

If Power Girl reuses a lot of these parts I'll be extremely happy, this is objectively the best female figure Todd has made for the DC line.

They're fine in the right lighting and being able to move them at all is an upgrade from my old version. The gold is more vibrant, the metallic red looks incredible, and the darker gold lasso looks fantastic.

I also love how she towers over my giant nordic Aquaman, plus it frees up my KC Wondy for a dedicated Kingdom Come shelf.

They really obviously aren't for adults. They're for parents who watched this movie to give their kid, and maybe they have a family movie night watching a silly old movie dad watched as a kid.
In a better world,Hasbro would just reissue the old toys, but instead we have these facsimiles of them. I will say Batman himself is a more accurate sculpt than almost anything from the 95 line.
DC hasn't really had a kid friendly Batman movie since Lego Batman, Brave and the Bold, if it ever happens, is at least 2 years away. The Batman 2 even longer, an none of these other batprojects are kid friendly. No kid's action cartoons either. It's natural that the kid's toy licensor needs something to fill space. You can at least advertise these with streaming movies.

I think if DC gave the DC collector license back to Mattel at this point and mandated them to use the Masterverse house style, it would be better than what McFarlane is putting out now. I say this as someone who has quite a lot of McFarlanes. Plus it's 7in so it wouldn't totally break from McFarlanes. But a lot of the weirdness, more baffling and lazy choices, poor reuse of pieces that do not fit the character, etc. would be avoided.

Mattel are the kings of part reuse, and masterverse is good but since mattel is just trotting out the same few characters i dropped the line. Id enjoy seeing what jazwares could do but i guess mattel wouldnt be worse than mcfarlane.

I'm still with it as I just pick and choose what I want. They released multiple Beastmen and Trapjaws for example but it's not a big deal for me as I just ignore the designs I don't like. Pretty much the same thing I do for DC Multiverse.

I can imagine it'd be annoying for someone who wants 1 of every character and feels obligated to get figures to fill a slot for a specific character, and then to see a better release come out later though. I just tend to know what is a bridge too far for me, either for DCMV or Masterverse. The few times I've gone back on that even for cheap, sale figures I've regretted it, like the recent Huntress release which desu isn't even worth 18 bucks.

This, I want Hasbro to grab it and start making 6 inch DC figures. Tired of 7" scale McFartlane crap. Even with heavy parts reuse, they got to skimp on extra hands and heads because it takes more plastic to make em.
