>>11309180>Does anyone know a seller that commissions custom-painted heads for action figuresThere are a lot of people and small shops making Batman heads - commissioning a one-time bespoke custom would be very, very expensive - you would save money by just searching around with the existing customisers/shops for a head that someone is already producing, find something that fits what you're looking for, and buy that.

I've purchased heads from all these people in the past.
Instagram is the best place to find customisers and most will have accounts and post there.
Tip: go to their instagram page, select the 'Tagged' tab, you can often see pictures of people that have brought the head, and see their in-hand pictures and reviews.
>>11309180>preferably a seller that can custom-fit heads to specific body molds? As above, if you're looking for a one-time bespoke commission, that'll be (at least) 2 or 3 times the price of just getting a custom head.
If you do just buy a custom head, getting a fitted one is very difficult, most heads are left hollow to fit to multiple figures, it's much rarer that a customiser will make a head for a specific figure (although some are if it's a popular enough figure).
One solution I've found is getting Clear Vinyl Tubing in various sizes (the shorter joiner pieces are only a dollar or 2) at a headwear shop, choosing the size that fits the socket and super gluing it into the head cavity.
Like the attached picture, then you have a working head connection.
I hope some of that helps!
