For Kiryu specifically, I second what the other anon said about the Chogokin. It's a great looking figure with tons of accessories and it even has light-up parts. The only complaint I regularly hear from people about it is the articulation being bad. Personally, I find the articulation to be fine, but some people aren't happy unless the figure can fold both legs behind its head and stick its tail up its own ass.
If you don't care at all about articulation and just want something cheap and small to have as just a desk ornament, there's the MMS series or any of the chibi lines. On the other sids of the spectrum is X-plus which are generally the best paint/sculpt you can get as well as being ~1ft tall, but they're expensive to match.
