Personally, for me, undesirable mods for the above are too many "Sex scenes".
Also inappropriate, which I will not enjoy playing, I consider mods that contain a huge amount of violent actions (Yes, I understand that this "reads" a little inconsistently, knowing what the plot is in the original)
