>>11344225>a nonfan who admitted he's never played a game in his life trying to mock an actual fanThere's a reason why i don't even call you a casual. You're just nonfans who are here just to shill for a toy company.
>second hand codexes off ebaygiven the fact that i said I'm an oldfag who played the game long ago, of course my codexes are going to be old. This is just your cope.
>no BL booksFunny, given one of my earliest photographs proving my fandom contained some of the rarer books.
This is why you guys needed to create a 3rd brand new goalpost. I proved myself an actual fan, hence actually knowing things about WH40k, and you proved you're going to create infinite goalposts, because you can't actually defend the fact that a children's toy company offers more accurate paint than a company charging 8x more.
>>11344265>Joytoy employee who doesn't understand lightingThe "hot spot" is where the light is directly reflected and it's not yellow at all. It's white. Everything around it is gold (yellow), which is the actual color of the character's armor, hence the official source material using gold paints and color golds in hundreds of photos and paintings. The art features dramatic contrasting, so shadowing and shading is way darker than it would be IRL, thus the furthest and parts that are angled away from the lighting (the legs, especially the left side), are basically on the dark side of the moon.
Your lack of understanding how art works is exactly why Joytoy continues fucking up the colors on their figures and is why they're able to release 1000 figures a year: shitty employees cost next to nothing.
And since they release so many figures per year, they accidentally fixed their gold paint issue, but not since they're uneducated retards who have no idea what gold looks like, they don't notice and continue fucking up. Maybe some higher up who isn't a retard and can admit to their mistakes, might see this post and fix their shit.
