Those things have an 80's- early 90's aesthetic going on, so they clearly aren't modern. Is there anything written on them - a manufacturer name, maybe? I'm suspecting Kenner. Knowing the manufacturer and the general timeframe it was made in can help narrow things down considerably.

This anon is a troll. Diaclone is a giant-robot franchise - one of the inspirations for Transformers. They never had backpacks like those in the originals, and I own several of the reboot figures and can confirm they don't have them either (the reboot's gimmick is modularity, and those have no extra connector ports in them and are very clearly intended to only go with a specific figure; they're also clearly scaled for a 5" humanoid action figure and not a transforming mecha).

I think Lanard also made 12" Corps! figures and while I couldn't find anything that looked exactly like that, the ones you've got definitely feel like they'd fit right in with something like pic related

However, Lanard also loves reusing molds like crazy so the fact that I didn't even see a repaint of the ones you've got doesn't give me much hope on that avenue

That's my point, they DO look too cartoony, but more importantly, they're a lot more colorful.

I still think they probably belong to some kind of off-brand 12 inch GI Joe type figure. OP's biggest nemesis is the fact that outside of shit like Transformers, MOTU and the actual GI Joe, a lot of toylines are just really poorly documented. I even tried google lens and no dice.

I can't believe I'm actually saying this, but maybe you should find one of those toy id subreddits and leave a post there, at least it'll stay up for years unlike this board.
