I tried to track down the source from this guy but it's weird, (with google reverse image search) the oldest results are from the "hellenic news" website, some kind of website for greek-americans, and the mindxstorm website seems to never have existed...no mention of it anywhere, not even on waybackmachine.
The figure seems to be a costum from Soldier Story's "CIA SAD Night Ops" figures.
