1. No one sculpts anymore. A lot of the classics were sculpted at 6 to 12 inches tall then shrunk using some machine I forget the name of it make a mold. For whatever reason people can't make designs worth a shit using computers or if they can, they just design bigger figures that demand a higher price.
2. Less cheap labor out there that will assemble and paint these things for pennies. They want higher wages, which drives the price up, so they just focus on bigger figures that have a higher margin.
3. Boys appear to be less interested in blind bags as little girls and adults. Most Blind bags are $5 to $7 a pop and either focus on young girls or adult men.
