>>11371565I'm on the defensive because I'm helping someone who's asking for information about products, only to be met with a gratuitous attack that denigrates them: ‘that shit’!
I'd rather not have joints and gadgets if it's going to make the toy so ugly, or it's just so poorly made that it doesn't perform its function properly.
I'm happy to have joints on Blokee, but most Jazware is just bad as it is. But Bandai Kids don't need gimmicks or joints, that's not the point of this product range and that's fine.
Low demand? Nonsense, you have no knowledge of the market. If it didn't work, the range would have stopped a long time ago, except that it's been around since 1998 and is still selling today. And not all models are common, some are rare, and getting the 880+ species in the Pokédex available from Bandai Kids is far from easy at the moment.
Incidentally, the one time they made a limited edition batch (so difficult to obtain), the rarity and value of the batch soared to the point of making them impossible to obtain easily or at a normal price. The value of this lot far exceeds the value of the entire Select range from the beginning. It's further proof that there's a strong demand for its products, but you can't see beyond the tip of your nose.
