A display diorama could justify the extra 30$ if it was big enough, and looked as nice as the toy biz ones. otherwise, needed to make it a two pack with a recognizeable villain.

Hey, OP. You forgot a Spiderman. The 1/6 scale Marvel Legends Spidey from back in 2016. He was massive at 12 inches tall and had an MSRP of $50, which was alot to ask back in those days for a domestic figure. No cum webs, but he did come with two alt heads and two extra sets of hands.

Just wanted to put things further into perspective with Nu-Maximum Spiderman

I bought that 20+ years ago. Some joints were slightly loose, but nothing that prevented him standing (or maybe that was the battle damaged one from wave two that had joint tolerances issues. It's been a long time.) But probably the best Spidey of that era until the Raimi movie Spidey surpassed it. Still probably the best comic accurate one though. Black suit Spidey from that line was also peak.

Your arguement is silly. Marvel toylines strengths were never the female figures. overall theres less than 10 female marvel characters that are even relevant.

the only female marvel figure i care about is invisible woman because i like fantastic four. i like spiderman, but other than black cat theres no female characters. so for me, thats 2 female figures i actually give a shit about.

I dont buy toybiz, and i'm not the "bizfag" youre replying too, but for a character that just has to stand there and make hand motions, this is perfectly fine

What's crazy is how much heavier they felt because of more plastic. I recently picked dup a little hot wheel pack just to feel the weight and was surprised by how light they felt now. Even the cheapest smallest transformers now look like the plastic is almost translucent because of how thing it looks. I remember some X-Men movie sabertooth figure feeling extremely heavy.

The amount of plastic a figure uses doesn't really affect the cost all that much aside from the shipping weight. The amount of tools the figure requires and how many/how complex the paint apps are is where the bulk of the cost comes in.

The funniest part to me will always be the webbing. They are infinitely reusuable and printed with one tool. They use cheap plastic, dont need qc, and are really hard to mess up.

People defend the accessories for pricing but webs are cheap, and somehow they managed to fuck up the easiest part with cum webbing. Its possible and entire tool for webs for 10 years was ruined because they needed to add something no one asked for.

Also since they have a full tool of just spiderman hands, theres no excuse for that not to be included for every future spiderman release, but hasbro finds a way to be cheap.
