Anyone here with more experience have good suggestions on cleaning up the one on the right? It's about 5 years old now, was in indirect sunlight from a rear courtyard window, to my old desk at home, from my old place - now it only gets interior florescent.
The hair looks like it's dulled compared to the new one? A good FLAT matter paint? Also, I never noticed but it looks like the blue paint spilled on his upper left torso (toy's right side as it faces forward), and I doubt any paint would match skin tones for older vinyl plastic so just leave it alone?
