Pretty sure Yamaguchi Revoltech's already got this beat. But hypothetically, I'm also guessing this is on par with the OG super posable movie Spideys but Legends has slightly better foot rotation.

The revoltech probably beats the Maximum overall even though it's not able to do those poses in particular because the crunch is where the Maximum has the advantage.

As other anons pointed out, Revoltech is the answer, I think Iron Spider is one of the most articulated toys out there, he'll likely be able to imitate said poses.
