>>11373257Yeah, outsourcing to countries that pretty much use cheap/slave labour is why the general economy is fucked. Slavery unironically ruins everything because dey terk er jerbs and have to do them for fucking pennies or nothing but shit room and board, and are generally low skill so everything produced is low quality. Companies won’t play for skilled labour when they can save money instead, and most things of good quality made by well paid workers is now out of price range for normal people since they have to pay ever increasing rent/groceries etc.
I also wanted to work in a car factory as a kid, it seemed so cool back then with the big robot arms and crafting, painting, quality checking, testing and putting cars together.
