When I read youtuber, I think of douchbags that talk fake excited or are selling shit. I just make videos for fun and share them in spaces where I think people might dig it. If I was trying to 'make it' I would be posting on reddit and in Facebook groups, not on 4chan and niche hobby forums. Hell, I intentionally didn't apply for the partnership program when invited two months back because I dont want extra ads inside my videos.
That said, I appreciate the compliment. It's nice to know some of the folks in the spaces I share actually watch and enjoy the content. I don't get much engagement and even though I make videos as a hobby and nerd outlet, it's encouraging when I know some of the people watching actually stick around and dig it.
I made a video of those two Block Tech sets yesterday. I was gonna share it here, but now I'm a bit self-conscious about being a shill or called youtuber now haha. At the risk of such, below is the link. But for anyone not wanting to watch, I liked both sets and brick quality was as good as Lego, with some cool unique parts and lots of minifigure accessories. For only $5 each, I say both are worth a purchase and build. If not wanting yo keep them, they have lots of good parts in their respective colors. Found them at Five Below.
