It's not just Emerald Twilight though, it's the fact that the powers mean that you can just give the ring to anyone and have them fill a slot. Post Emerald Twilight was frank in that the most lanterns you have, the less special the role is, but replaced Hal with a (when created, at least) other white guy and took away John and Guy's rings.
Ironically, the corps coming back with Hal meant that there was no need to just have one anymore.
If you notice, these sets all try to have at least one girl per set and a few black characters
The first set hat Jessica Cruz as GL representation, this one has John to hit both those demographics.

Yeah, shes been around for like 3 decades so shes kinda at a classic age for comics. I really dont dislike her, just the modern version is over exposed for my tastes. I really did enjoy her solo book from the early 2000s.

Like I noted it's all based on horror properties universal owns. Weird that they didnt just throw in the classic monsters and jaws at this point. It's a really strange line up of IPs in general. Not just the Universal horror ones but FNAF and Poppy's Playtime. I expected them to go for more Viacom and Warner properties. TMNT, Hanna Barbera, Cartoon Network, Nickeloden. But they pulled all of theseout of left field.

The FNAF autists caught on quick too. There arent any stock photos of the figures online yet and somehow the scalpers already got ahold of them.

just about every tiny might series upto this point features a translucent sparkly plastic colorway. I actually ended up with that version of killer croc. Check your nearest five below and you might be lucky enough to spot the single capsules. Otherwise e-tail is the only place you can still find them. I regret not getting myself a shaggy and scooby. now my space kook has now one to spook.

They really should ditch that Golden Age Robin costume already. Been over 30 years since the 90s one was introduced, and there's the One Year Later and Damian Robin options as better ones. Same thing for that Black Lightning outfit. The Nightwing in Wave 1 was using the Rebirth look so there's no excuse that they're all meant to be early appearances. Both look really gay.

Even back in the 2000's when I was a kid watching the Titans cartoon we only vaguely knew of that costume as the gay Robin costume.I probably looks even gayer to people today.

I really like these. I went and got two boxes with some food. I got the red Marvel family and gold Batgang. These are some of the best fast food toys I've seen in a long time. Not that I pay too much attention to such things, but they're sturdy and three per box is a great value. I would have adored these as a kid. They don't feel cheap at all.

Get home and there’s two boxes in each of the three kids meals, it was the entire set. It was really nice of him desu, I was willing to pay just to roll the dice. Plus the boxes themselves aren’t color coded, they must only be in the cases, so he gave a little more effort to see we got them all. So nice that I forgave him for forgetting the kids’ ranch and honey mustard

Total normalfag trivia tidbit but it boils down to Marvel Comics trademarking the name "Captain Marvel" then making their own crappy version to retain the trademark to said name. As Fawcett was inactive from 1953 into the 1970's (by when they sold Cap and company to DC) Marvel was able to snag the name for themselves. Marvel did this alot in their early days. I say Marvel, but in reality it was Stan.

I'm pretty sure Ghost Rider might have been another name grab too given the Magazine Enterprises western hero of the same name, but the character was public domain by the 70's so they didnt even have to ask.

at least now I know what I want from this season's set when I make the trip tomorrow to go and grab one.
plus it also helped me decide that even though I find the psycho clown bitch to be an annoying character, that the bat figures would be worth grabbing for the jason todd robin. am sure some punter on ebay will pay for the HQ.

Matt Kaufenberg is the guy that designed these and I haven't seen any actual black ones out there so I assume more shipments will be coming. Although I'm content with 4/6 sets without getting any duplicates in the process.

This is so cool! I've never seen these before but. love the VHS case. I hate the more modern sculpting on these though. Half the charm is the hand sculpted look of the MUSCLE figures and minis of that era. These are so smooth and perfectly symmetrical that it's painfully obvious these are quick 3D sculpts.

What colors are there of each set? For series 2 I've only gotten red, green, and blue, but for wave one I have some red, green, purple, and blue. Haven't seen any purples in wave 2 but I have a lot of them from wave 1

you're right but in this case raven never came in blue, so my hands are tied because my autism dictates every titan should be a different color.
