I did a quick parts count on him and came to about 150 plastic parts, 30 of which are in his card weapon alone. That's Hasbro Commander-class level, and puts to shame the 65-ish part Voyagers and 80-ish part Leaders. You're simply getting much more for your money.
Every joint except his elbows is ratcheted. He's got ankle tilts, double-jointed knees and elbows, biceps, thighs, waist, ball-joint neck, shoulders, hips, and, if you untab some transformation joints, forward and back on the feet. He's got a really interesting transformation that involves flipping his lower body around his torso, which ends up buried inside the cab.
