Storm stands are pretty good for heavy figures and flying characters. Their claw only goes up and down + pivots. Tamashi stands are ok but the ones I've had are kinda flimsy and ugly.
BlueRidgeLaser on etsy also makes good ones if you want them to stand but no pivoting. So kinda shit for dynamic posing unless you balance it right.
Finding good stands is pretty hard, especially for 1/6 figures. I grabbed one claw + horizontal pole from this seller and they are pretty good. In this picture chun li has the horizontal pole, alice storm stand.
In any case I try to minimize stands in my display.
