Don't import anything from China until they reach a trade agreement. Everybody speculating right now is going to end up losing money. Just save your money for a couple months, anything you see for pre-order will still be available once stores start importing again.
The reason for the tariffs is we are tired of getting tariffed ourselves. Did you know nobody in China drives a us-made car? We cannot sell our beef in Australia. Yet we can import Australian beef for pennies on the dollar making it hard for our farmers to compete. The countries like China that we are tariffing did it to us first and are continuing with 100 to 200% tariffs. If they don't want their goods tariffed they can drop it down to 10% or zero. Allow our Craftsman and Farmers to sell to their countries. But until they do we're going to make it very unattractive to purchase things from those countries that have already levied huge tariffs against us
