>>11402796You'll want to go through different steps from light cleaning to actual abrasion. First try a blue non-scratch kitchen sponge and some Dawn soap.
From there move to 91% alcohol on a Q-tip.
You can then try Acetone on a wooden/paper shaft Qtip but be aware it will remove paint and if you're not careful it can wear away the vinyl, tho vinyl resists acetone better than hard plastics do.
Winston Brush cleaner works well too and is less destructive than acetone.
For abrasion methods you can use a Mr Clean magic eraser.
Scrape at the scuff with the back of an X-acto blade edge (angle the sharp edge backwards)
You can try 600-800-1000 grit sandpaper and if the vinyl unpainted surface gets fuzzy you can knock that down with some acetone. Sometimes vinyl stains with ink or dye and it's really impossible to get that out. But most scuffs and paint rub can be removed by these methods
