EB has always lied to anyone buying (almost the same as Bezos and a few other places, that claim a shipping label being created is the same shit as 'your item has been shipped).
Even when I sold something and paid for the FE or USPS shipping, I had to provide a tracking number to the site (to the customer, essentially, which also reported it back to the site), for them to release the payment to me but I'm not someone who sells a lot of shit or has been selling a long time, usually I'm just dumping shit I have extras off or changed my mine (or someone who doesn't really know my taste bought for me thinking I'd like, such as a fucking Funko Pops).
Finally, if you haven't gotten it after a reasonable time (ten business days of alleged shipping should do if they are mainland USA and you are as well), raise a complaint with EB and follow it up. If within 45 days or so, you still haven't been refunded, get your bank card to do so.
If you did something stupid like pay with paypal or something where you can't have a actual bank intercede, what can I say, son?
