>>11455973Idk man. I went to Botcon 2023 and it's really just a big ass toy robot convention with transformers as the guest/panel theme. When I went they also had a pretty good Robotech/Macross panel and presence, and a number of VAs as guests crossed over with Gundam.
The hotel was crazy with drunks playing gambling games for 3rd party robots, hotel rooms like robot rummage sales. It was great.
If it comes close to you I'd give it a strong recommend. Most of the fun was after the sales floor closed at the hotel then making or drunk buying used fanstoys in the hotel, then hungover robot purchases the next day lmao.
Solid 9/10 experience.
