Are the fans doing the best work?

With Hasbro’s outright refusal to make playsets aimed at children anymore, instead focusing on “accuracy” for the few playsets then even do release at this point, the job of filling in those gaps has fallen to the fans. And I’m gonna be honest, the fans are doing a better job than Hasbro.
Take for example picrel, it’s a custom diorama of the bridge sequence from the end of Temple of Doom. An iconic, action packed scene. Did Hasbro ever attempt this with the 3.75 line they did way back when for Crystal Skull? Nope! Did they attempt it when they did the Adventure Series most recently! Nope! We didn’t even get most of the characters we would need in the Adventure Series, just Indy and Short Round.
Look at the Retro Kenner Indiana Jones line, they gave us multiple playsets and vehicles, there was the map room playset, the streets of Cairo playset, and the show stopping truck vehicle to transport the ark. What is the one playset Hasbro put out for the Crystal Skull line? A shitty redeco of a Mustafar playset that barely even resembles the temple from the end of Crystal Skull.
Seriously, Hasbro has absolutely no idea what they’re doing nowadays. But the fans? They’ve got you covered. Plenty of playsets, dioramas, even custom figures. I know who’s getting my money.
