Just a heads up for anyone who was looking into McFarlane Toys' MK Klassic line, if you don't remember how the MK 11 line ended.
-Based on what we see so far, many female figures will likely be made chases or part of 2 packs, making it difficult or unnecessarily expensive to complete a roster. Kitana is a red platinum chase and thus will be extremely hard to find. We see Mileena has only been announced so far as part of a 2 pack. Most likely the same rarity issues that plague the DC Multiverse line will plague this line.
-The figures are likely to be overpriced per McFarlane Toys' current ever-increasing pricing. They used to be the friend of the frugal collector and kept their prices lower than competitors, but that seemingly changed.
-Given the handling of the MK11 line, it's unlikely you'll get a complete roster of anything but maybe MK1--given how small that roster is.
-Like the current state of the DCMV line, you should expect reuse to be heavy rather than the plethora of new molds McFarlane used to be known for. It may not be an issue at first due to all the palette swaps MK has, but it will come up eventually.
You have been warned.
