They are really good quality wise. My favorite "compatible" brand. They are excellent for Lego brittle colors since they dont seem to be affected

So I bought the bootleg KING Mos Eisley from JOOOOOY because it was sold out before Black Friday hit and all the sellers on FB Marketplace or Bricklink want like $450+ for it. It's honestly pretty good, the last time I bought a bootlego set was in 2012 and it was missing half the pieces and the minifigs looked nothing like the box, so I'm impressed how big QC jumped for bootlegs in 10 yers. This has made me start questioning whether or not it's worth buying real lego for any big "adult" sets (I bought the $300 Jango Slave 1). I am trying to decide if I want to wait until the Jabba barge goes on sale or just get a bootleg for $100. I figure the only downside to bootlegs is that the piece quality is kinda hit or miss, so I might continue to use real legos for MOCs but for sets I never plan to take apart I might get bootlegs

If it's the same pieces as Lego anyway, id rather just buy Lego. If it has unique parts like a head or pair of hands, then im defying Lego

The bootleg Jabba Sail Barge has uncensored slave leia legs so that alone might make it worth it
Also I might buy the real lego one if/when it goes on sale, and that way I would have duplicate minifigs (I like to armybuild the random one-off aliens and pretend theyre street gangs of the same species that get into gang wars with eachother)

Bootlegos are perfectly fine and for display pieces there is no reason to pay 3-4 times more for Lego originals. The only downside is that minis look like crap.

Lego frieren arrived. Comes with multiple heads for different faces. I just wish they made the legs a bit shorter since with the cape she heightmogs my other minifigures

I dont have legs in that color but it doesn't quite work. I do have black half sized legs though and might try pairing that with a custom skirt if I can find some fabric to use.
