You likely can't cast something like model kit parts on runners and sprues like that unless you do it in a two part mold, with the entire thing face down and several channels on the back to multiple parts so all the poured resin isn't trying to go through just one spot in the runner since it won't have the force to get into every single portion of the larger part.

In that case, why are you asking how to arrange the parts like that? Just do it all in 3D. Unless you're trying to do this all by hand with hand sculpted parts which will be impossible. I'm not sure what you're trying to make or what your skill level is but I'm 100% sure this far exceeds what you're trying to accomplish with what you've got.
