Elite collectors just looking to show off what they have piss me off because they can never give any back-story for why they like anything and why they appreciate it other than them having the finances for it. GIVE INTRINSIC REASONS, DAMMIT, and if you bought it for nostalgia or whatever then what memories does it invoke in you? The ones who do like "I BOUGHT THIS JUST SO I CAN TELL YOU HOW MUCH I HATE IT" types are really annoying.
