I checked when I got back home, and my library has one here as well - maximum charge to print is $10.
But yeah, you are correct, the library listing says one person can typically print ONE thing per day.

I know one who sold his designs to someone else who wanted one of those Asian shops to mock up a statue of the syndicated TV Superboy for him. I haven't see it in hand, but he was happy with it. Of course, this is something that doesn't articulate so won't help out the OP.
