If you wanna bilk your customer base with Malibu Stacy with New Hat, there's a MASSIVE threshold as to what you can get away with. At $5 trinkets like figures used to be, it wasn't so bad. NECA does some of this with their $40 Ultimates to a fair degree. But when you're pulling this shit with $100+ figures, especially after conning your customers into thinking the previous 2 pack was the ONLY way to get Sam Hain, then there's a fucking problem.
NOW, as a customer, I'm already worrying how the other 3 big ghosts are going to get similar treatment. To assume this is a one-time thing is a huge assumption. I'd buy unhappy with this for $40 NECA ultimates, but I'm super pissed at $100+ figures.
Seriously, fuck Mondo for this shit. I will never again buy in to anything they do, just like I abandoned McFarlane for their chase bullshit. After I've received the total 4 2-packs I've already paid for, Mondo is completely dead to me. I'm a customer, not a paypiggy to be fleeced.
