>>11585987Honestly that could be a very easy custom. It's basically a female body, two side skirts things, and a head with pigtails. The mic could be very easily represented with a little bit of Green Stuff or a strip of plasticard.
My first suggestion would be to look into the 30 Minute Sisters model kit line. They have the basic female body, they have multiple pigtail options (and the bangs are separate pieces so you'd be able to find the pigtails that are closest and the bangs that are closest) and the option parts system they use would make adding flaps to the hips pretty easy.
After that you will have to paint it. That's a whole other kettle of fish and I'm sure if you don't have experience it may be intimidation, but it's really not that hard to get started. There are a million tutorials on Youtube to help you get a handle on the basics.
Painting the gold trim is going to be tough, there's no way around that. You just gotta practice a lot to get your brush control down.
